 Pair Louis XV fauteuils signed Malbet
 

Pair of Louis XV repainted armchairs by Pierre Malbet.  One signed "Malbet."  The chairs are identical to a pair in the Musée Carnavalet (N◦ 46 in  Le Mobilier du musée Carnavalet; Anne Forray-Carlier, Dijon, 2000) with the unique characteristic that each back is supported by one central upright.
