| Rare Chantilly soft-paste posy vase. Formed as a one-piece covered bowl, the flat top is provided with eight circular and eight flower-form groups of reticulations meant to hold short floral stems surrounding a large quadrilobed central hole for adding water. The lobed ends of the bowl are provided with bearded mascarons in relief with curving crest handles. The sides are embellished with bouquets of flowers and leafy branches in relief, all glazed in pale Chantilly colors.
