The flower decorated perfume fountain and cover, with ormoulu rim and ring handles, is raised on ormoulu legs; the spigot is a dolphin in front of a scallop shell. The removable scallop-form basin is decorated on the interior with flowers. The shaped base has a diamond motif in the center with rosettes at the corners.
