Fine and rare Louis XV jewel cabinet signed BVRB.  The slightly domed top lifts to reveal a mirror above a well. The abattant is veneered with a marquetry urn on a tulipwood ground, opening to a nest of drawers. The lower portion has a drawer. Ormoulu escutcheons, chutes and carrying handles. The piece will be published in the forthcoming catalogue raisonné of the works of BVRB by M. Yannick Bapt.
