Transitional pictorial marquetry commode signed Schiler. The commode is decorated with amaranth framed marquetry panels depicting classical ruins and townscapes. The frieze is decorated with various fruits and implements.

The commode is marked with an unidentified inventory mark, probably from the 18^th century:
