Rare Sèvres blue céleste vase Fontanieu cylindrique

Sèvres blue céleste vase Fontanieu cylindrique. The engraved design for the vase was published by Fontanieu in 1770. The vase is decorated with floral and landscape reserves with very fine gilding. [The stem with an ormolu band probably covering a break. Top lost.]
